My MacBook Pro screen only works with the lid partly open. What is wrong?
Usually a worn display cable, which is common on 2016 to 2018 models. It can be repaired.
Can the storage be upgraded?
Yes. On models up to 2015, the SSD can be swapped out. On later MacBook Pros it is soldered to the board, and we upgrade it by replacing the NAND chips. That is not an official Apple upgrade.
