Cannot get to us? In London we collect by bike, often within the hour. Outside London we use a secure nationwide courier, with free delivery back to you.
How it works
- Call 020 7394 2525 with your address and the fault.
- We send a bike in London, or book a courier elsewhere.
- We diagnose the Mac and call you with the cost.
- It comes back to you repaired.
For addresses in London we send a motorbike courier, which is the quickest way across the city. Outside London we book a secure courier to collect from your home or office, anywhere in the UK. When the repair is done, the Mac comes back the same way, and delivery back to you is free nationwide.
Before the courier arrives
- Back up your files, if the Mac still works.
- Pack the Mac in a bag or box, with its charger.
- Write down the fault and a phone number we can reach you on.
