Where do I find the model number?
The model number is printed on the underside of the Mac mini, in small type around the edge of the base.
Can you get my files off a 2026 Mac mini that will not turn on?
The storage is encrypted by the Apple chip, so the files cannot be read from the storage chips on their own. We repair the board at component level, start the Mac, and copy your data off. We will need your login password.
