How do I tell which iPad I have?
Go to Settings, General, About. The model name is shown at the top, and tapping the Model Number shows the number that starts with A. Find that number in the table on this page.
How long does an iPad repair take?
Many screen and battery repairs are done the same day. Call 020 7394 2525 to check the part is in stock before you come in.
Will I lose my data?
A screen, battery or charging port repair does not touch your data. Back up to iCloud or a computer first if you can.
